The Training Center is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to serve as the Training Trust Administrator for the Alaska Operating Engineers Employer Training Trust (AOEETT).

This executive-level position involves directing and managing a comprehensive statewide training program in the Operating Engineers Industry.

Your new Medicare Advantage with Prescription Drug (MAPD) Plan is now provided by Humana Medicare Advantage with Prescription Drug PPO Plan effective January 1, 2025. In addition to the new plan, you can now work with RetireeFirst, a Retiree Benefits Management solution and advocacy service provider. Please direct any questions to RetireeFirst at 855-250-9941. On September 3, 2024 the IUOE Local 302 Executive Board adopted the Strike Committee’s recommendation to decrease the Strike Fund amount effective January 1, 2025 from $9.75 to $4.25 per month.
 
Those that participate in the Strike Fund as part of their monthly dues can expect a decrease from $30.50 currently to $25.00 per month.
 

Starting January 2025, OE Federal Credit Union will handle Paid Time Off Pay for eligible Local 302 members. Deposits will be made monthly into OE Federal accounts, with the first one on  March 15, 2025.

Members working under the two following contracts must create an account with OE Federal Credit Union to access their Paid Time Off funds:

  • AGC & MLAWW Western Washington Master Labor Agreements

How does this affect individuals?

  • There will be no changes to available services and benefits.
  • For current and future care needs, continue logging in at www.swiftmd.com. Over the next few months, they'll migrate you to the new portal. They’ll automatically log you in to your Revive member portal when the time comes.
  • You can log in with your existing credentials (user ID and password) to access care.
  • Your medical records will still be available in the portal.

IUOE Local 302 members and their eligible dependents are invited to participate in the 2024 Pacific Health Coalition fairs located across Washington and Alaska.

Lab tests and flu shots are paid for 100 percent by your health plan at no cost to you. Registration opens August 1. Pre-registration is required here: www.coalitionhealthfair.org/
