IUOE Local 302 represents the interests of its 14,000+ members across Washington, Alaska, and Idaho. We work closely with other organizations, trades, and elected officials at the local, state, and national levels to maintain and advance union rights.
There are many critical issues we advocate for on behalf of our members such as:
- Infrastructure Investments – creating jobs
- Prevailing Wages – protecting members’ living standards
- Health Care – promoting accessibility and affordability
- Worker Safety – ensuring protections on the job site
