• Ellensburg, WA: To learn more visit www.oetraining.com or call 509-968-3203. If you currently live in western Washington, you must apply to the Ellensburg training center.
• Spangle, WA: To learn more visit www.wsopen.org or call 509-235-9393. If you currently live in eastern Washington or Idaho, you must apply to the Spangle training center.
