How does this affect individuals?

There will be no changes to available services and benefits.
For current and future care needs, continue logging in at www.swiftmd.com. Over the next few months, they'll migrate you to the new portal. They’ll automatically log you in to your Revive member portal when the time comes.
You can log in with your existing credentials (user ID and password) to access care.
Your medical records will still be available in the portal.
